Learn how to permanently delete your Prime Staycations account and personal data. Deletion requests are reviewed — data is not removed instantly.

We create a deletion request — your account is not instantly erased.

Section 1

Delete from the App

If you can sign in, submit a deletion request from Privacy & Security settings.

If you have access to your account, follow these steps:

Settings

Open your account settings from your profile menu.

Privacy & Security

Go to Login & security or Privacy in guest settings.

Delete Account

Choose Delete account and review what will happen.

Confirm Identity

Confirm you are signed in and acknowledge the request.

Submit Request

We create a deletion request — your data is not removed instantly.

Ready to start?

Go to Privacy & Security settings to submit your deletion request.

Cannot access your account? Email us with the details below.

If you cannot sign in, email support@primestaycations.com with:

Full name
Registered email address
Registered phone number
Reason (optional)

What Happens After Your Request

A clear timeline from request to confirmation.

Request received

We log your deletion request and send an acknowledgement.

Identity verified

We confirm you own the account before proceeding.

Account locked

Your account is locked to prevent new bookings or changes.

Bookings reviewed

Active or upcoming stays and payout obligations are reviewed.

Personal data deleted

Eligible personal data is removed from active systems.

Confirmation email sent

We email you when the process is complete.

Estimated completion

Within 30 days from the date your identity is verified.
